- Develop, implement, and maintain an ICT/OT governance framework, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ensure that ICT/OT strategies and investments align with the organization's business goals and objectives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate ICT/OT-related risks to protect the organization's assets, data, and operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and legal requirements related to ICT/OT systems.
- Oversee the inventory and management of all ICT/OT assets, including hardware, software, and industrial control systems.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and third-party service providers, including contract negotiations and performance evaluation.
- Establish and monitor security measures and controls to safeguard ICT/OT systems and data
- Oversee change management processes to assess and manage the impact of changes to ICT/OT systems.

Inherent Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experiernce in ICT/OT Governance
- Certified copis of I.D, Passport and a valid work permit for non SA Citizens
- CGEIT Certified certificate
- Certified copies of NQF Level 7 in IT related field
