Job SummaryKey Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years in commercial property management
  • Proven experience using MDA property software (essential)
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent administrative capabilities and attention to detail
  • Confident in liaising with tenants, contractors, and service providers
  • Ability to manage and support office staff effectively
  • Skilled in lease administration, property inspections, and reporting
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a portfolio of commercial properties
  • Lead and manage internal office staff and administrative functions
  • Handle all tenant communication, lease renewals, and queries
  • Coordinate maintenance and liaise with contractors
  • Ensure compliance with lease terms and property standards
  • Prepare management reports and budgets
  • Drive efficiency and ensure smooth office operations
