Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, employees, and visitors.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and documents.
  • Maintain office filing and document management systems.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
Office Management:
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and order office equipment as needed.
  • Ensure the office is organized and well-maintained.
  • Manage office facilities and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
Data Management:
  • Maintain and update contact lists, databases, and records.
  • Assist in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Generate and analyze reports as required.
Financial Administration:
  • Assist in processing invoices, expenses, and payroll.
  • Monitor and reconcile office expenses against the budget.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and budget planning.
Requirements * Administration skills is required, the role is subject to change.
  • Debtors and Creditors experience is required.
  • Strong administration, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Must have her own transport and Drivers Licence, as travelling might be required from time to time.
  • Must reside close to Dowerglen / surrounding areas.
  • Required to start as soon as possible.
  • Clear criminal record and IT checks.
