Job description TBM Aggregates and Construction Supplies (Pty) Ltd is currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant Intern to support our office operations. As an intern, you will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks and projects. This is a volunteer position; however, we provide a transport allowance to cover your commuting expenses. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in general office administration tasks. 2. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries. 3. Organize and maintain files and records. 4. Assist with data entry and documentation tasks. 5. Support team members with ad-hoc tasks as required. 6. Manage office supplies and ensure availability for staff. 7. Assist in organizing and coordinating office events or meetings. 8. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Requirements: 1. N6 management assistant or L4 Office admin. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 5. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7.
