Job Description


Job Summary Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all lodge departments including front-of-house, housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, and guest activities.
  • Deliver and maintain a world-class guest experience with personalized service.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Manage budgets, stock control, and procurement.
  • Liaise with owners, guests, and suppliers professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 35 years of experience managing a luxury lodge or boutique hotel.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of hospitality standards and safari operations.
  • Proficiency in lodge management systems
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Passion for wildlife, conservation, and exceptional guest service.
  • Willingness to live in a remote area and work flexible hours.
