• Develop and implement a knowledge management strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Identify, gather, and document valuable knowledge, including tacit knowledge from employees and explicit knowledge from documents, databases, and other sources.
• Create a systematic approach to organize and categorize knowledge, making it easily accessible and searchable for employees.
• Establish and maintain a centralized knowledge repository or database to store and manage knowledge assets.
• Create, edit, and curate knowledge content, such as articles, guides, manuals, and best practices.
• Implement search capabilities and tools that allow employees to find and access knowledge efficiently.
• Provide training and onboarding programs to help employees learn how to access and contribute to the knowledge repository.
• Utilize collaboration and social platforms to encourage knowledge sharing, discussions, and problem-solving.
• Implement security measures and access controls to protect sensitive knowledge assets and ensure data privacy.
• Familiarity with knowledge management software and tools, such as intranet platforms, content management systems, and wikis.

Inherent Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in knowledge management
• Certified copies of I.D, Passport and valid work permit for non SA Citizens
• Certified copies of relevant qualifications in Knowledge management
• Certified Knowledge management specialist
• Certified copies of NQF level 7 in IT related field
