Hotel Duty Manager
Job Description
A well established lodge in St Lucia, KZN is looking for a duty manager.
The duty manager will :
-ensure the smooth running of reception, reservations, check ins/check outs;
-monitor service quality and cleanliness across the lodge;
-handle guests issues and requests;
-support and supervise staff;
-ensure safety and security;
-conduct inspections of public areas, back of house, as well as building and grounds;
-maintain administrative tasks and communication.
Minimum requirements; diploma in Hotel management/ 5 years appropriate experience in 4/5 star establishments, knowledge of Nightsbridge or similar booking system.
Benefits - single person accommodation provided, 13th cheque, 6 off days per month, 21 days leave per year
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R10000,00 - R12000,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
St Lucia Estuary, KwaZulu-Natal 3936: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
