The Brass Bell, one of Cape Town's most awarded seaside restaurants, is seeking a dynamic Executive Chef with a proven track record in leading high-volume, quality-driven kitchens.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience as Head or Executive Chef in a busy, multi-outlet operation
Strong leadership and team management skills
Creative flair with a focus on consistency, quality, and cost control
Excellent knowledge of kitchen systems, hygiene, and stock management
Ability to design and execute seasonal menus
Must have contactable references
