Sushi Chef - Kalk Bay (Busy Seaside Restaurant)
We are looking for an experienced Sushi Chef to join our fast-paced, seaside restaurant in Kalk Bay.
Requirements
3+ years' sushi chef experience
Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation
Excellent seafood handling and food safety practices
Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
Reliable, professional, and a team player
Responsibilities
Prepare and present high-quality sushi
Maintain cleanliness and food safety at the sushi station
Manage prep, freshness, and stock rotation
Work efficiently during busy services
