We are looking for an experienced, driven, and highly capable
Executive Chef
to take full command of a high-volume, fast-paced
restaurant complex
comprising multiple distinct kitchens and concepts.
This is a senior leadership position. Only candidates with a proven track record of excellence in both kitchen operations and team management will be considered.
The Role Requires:
A minimum of
8 years' experience
in busy, high-standard kitchens, with at least
3 years as Executive Chef or Head Chef
The ability to
lead and manage multiple kitchens simultaneously
, each with its own menu and operational requirements
Exceptional skills in
cost control, stock management, quality assurance
, and
menu development
Strong leadership with the ability to
recruit, train, and hold teams accountable
A hands-on approach with a deep understanding of kitchen dynamics, service demands, and customer expectations
The resilience, professionalism, and precision to operate under pressure
What We Offer:
A starting salary between R35 000-
R55,000+, based on experience and performance
