Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects to ensure they're completed on time and within budget
• Keep a close eye on project progress and maintain regular communication with key stakeholders
• Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to uphold quality standards and comply with project specifications
• Inspire and mentor site personnel to foster a safe and productive work environment
• Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites to address any safety or quality concerns
• Collaborate with local authorities to ensure compliance with permits and regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports and approvals

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil Site Agent or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
• Thorough understanding of industry regulations and safety protocols
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in construction management software and relevant tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions on the fly
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
