RPO Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated Civil Site Agent (Roads and Stormwater) to join our client's team. As a leading recruitment agency in the civil engineering industry, we are dedicated to finding the best candidates to meet our clients' needs. In this role, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing the construction of road and stormwater projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all construction activities related to roads and stormwater projects.
• Manage and supervise construction crews, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Coordinate with engineering and design teams to review plans and specifications, and provide input on constructability.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring that expenses are controlled and resources are allocated efficiently.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• Must have at least a National Diploma in Civil Engineering, preferably a BTech Civil
• Professional registration with SACPCMP highly advantageous
• Min 10 yearsxe2x80x99 experience
