You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Familiarity with Micros POS systems is essential to ensure accurate order processing and billing.Key responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests, present menus, and explain specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Micros POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Ensure guestsxe2x80x99 needs are met and resolve any service issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

• Previous experience as a Waiter in a 3-star or higher hotel or restaurant.
• Proficient with Micros POS system.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
