Job Summary Education/Certifications:

Experience required:

Solid routing and switching protocols for Cisco, Mikrotik, Sophos and Patton VOIP gateways.
Min 1-2 Months experience in a Technical Support role involving networking and SIP
Strong understanding and working knowledge of VOIP and PortaOne and Asterisk experience advantageous
ISP knowledge in networking environment (connectivity)
Ability to work under pressure with strong trouble shooting skills using a high degree of accuracy
Experience of network monitoring tools and protocols (MRTG, NAGIOS, TMS, CMS, Wireshark etc.)
Experience of analysing system and network performance using monitoring and graphical data
Experience of diagnosing network and service issues. following them through to resolution
Ability to work under pressure with strong troubleshooting skills using a high degree of accuracy
