Requirements

Human Resources or Training Related NQF level 6
5 years experience in similar role in a mining environment
Must have experience in coordinating training for a contractor or mine on a mine site

KPA

Plan, schedule and coordinate training for contractor employees with training provider on site
Conduct training gap analysis at start
Design and update training matrix
Weekly and monthly reporting, including variance report
Prepare schedule of weekly and monthly training
Check if training was conducted and keep record of completed training
Ensure planning is compliant with legal and regulatory requirements relating to training on site
Audit contractors on a regular basis
