Job Profile: Training Coordinator for a Training Company (Specialising in PMI Certifications and SACPCMP Mentoring) Location: South Africa Purpose: As a Training Coordinator for our training company, specializing in Project Management Institute (PMI) certifications and South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) mentoring, your primary purpose is to ensure the effective delivery of high-quality training programs. You will play a vital role in equipping individuals in South Africa with the knowledge and skills needed for successful careers in project management and construction management. Your efforts will contribute to professional growth, industry excellence, and national development. Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes: Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as education, business management, project management, or a related discipline is preferred. Certifications: Strong knowledge of PMI certifications and familiarity with SACPCMP requirements and processes. Experience: Proven experience in training coordination or a related role, preferably in the field of project management or construction management.
Familiarity with curriculum development, program scheduling, and assessment techniques.
Experience in managing budgets and resources for training programs. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as the ability to convey complex concepts effectively. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage training schedules, resources, and records efficiently. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure compliance with PMI and SACPCMP standards and the accuracy of training materials. Teamwork: The ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts, trainers, trainees, and other stakeholders. Added Advantages: Candidates with the following additional qualifications and experiences will be considered favorably: PMI or SACPCMP Certification: Possession of PMI certifications or SACPCMP registration is a strong advantage, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry standards. Training and Development Certification: Any certification in training and development, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), is a plus. Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in multiple South African languages to enhance communication with a diverse group of trainees. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with e-learning platforms, learning management systems, and other educational technology tools. Industry Networking: An established network within the project management or construction management industry in South Africa, which can be leveraged for partnerships and outreach. Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm Salary: R10,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month Education:
