Analytical individual with strong problem solving skills is required to provide technical and functional support to Business Central end-users group in terms of user support and training. This systems-orientated individual with excellent presentation and communication skills will be responsible for: ERP Support Training Project Management Research & Development Communication Qualification & experience required: Diploma or Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree preferred Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Training Administrator or Training Facilitator Minimum of 3 to 6 months as Support Administrator Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central desired Proven ability to learn, understand, and apply new systems and software Experience preparing training materials and delivering training in various formats including classroom, one-on-one, and remote Functional expertise in one or more of the following areas preferred: Principals of Management in Sales Quoting, Ordering, Finance (Income, COS, Expenses), Production (Estimation, BOMs, Costings), Logistics, and Warehousing and related transactions.
