Job Description


The Training Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the performance of the Academy and CPD division. Reporting to the Operations Specialist, responsibilities include project administration, learner enrolments, NLRD (National Learners' Records Database) registrations, internal training coordination, preparation of project feedback reports, collation of consultant and learner documentation, and administration of CRM, client project database, and Sharepoint. The role is instrumental in maintaining the efficiency of training projects, ensuring compliance with South African skills development legislation and requirements, and contributing to the division's overall success.
