Pretoria (Hybrid): TRAINING COORDINATOR
Minimum Requirements:
-Reliable, punctual and professional
-General Bachelor of Arts Degree or similar qualification a must
-Excellent command of English in verbal and written communication
-Strong recent previous experience in LMS and Learner Administration a must (In a Training Environment)
-Organisational skills with ability to build rapport and strong working relationships required
-High degree of attention to detail
-Adaptable and flexible
-Proficient in MS Office applications
-Ability to work independently in a market with little supervision and using resources available
-Customer Service orientated with commitment to quality
-Self-motivated and objective focussed
-Stable employment record and contactable references a must
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Full Training Coordinator and Learning Support Administration function
-Schedule and administer enrolments including, monitoring participant numbers to ensure minimum delegate numbers are achieved, and highlighting low enrolments to appropriate contact.
-Set up courses using appropriate Learning Management System and database, in line with standard operating procedures.
-Work with customers to secure any additional resources needed for the session delivery (e.g. IT / Facilities equipment / SMEs / other client teams).
-Monitor quality of facilitation, highlight to customer any issues associated with course and collaborate to support resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
-Manage learner queries and coordinate escalations in accordance with Service Level Agreements and offer recommendations for improvements.
-Lead, consult and deliver scheduled processes on contracts, where required and support in producing essential reports on agreed dates, outlining essential data needed as requested by client.
-Raise purchase orders.
-Work towards deadlines stipulated by client in order to deliver the Programme objectives.
-Raise any potential challenges or risks to appropriate contact.
-Ensure all content on Learning & Development platform is current.
-Administering retailer queries (password resets, adding new delegates to LMS system, course resets, training history queries, course scheduling requests, closing registers for all completed courses)
-Maintain working relationships (managers, team members, training representatives, clients, Academy staff, other key personnel in markets)
Salary: R 36 000.00 gross (Cost to Company)
