The Training Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and conduct of administrative duties, including reporting and logistics that relate to training programmes.

We are looking for a Training Coordinator to support our training function. You will be responsible for communicating with internal and external stakeholders and assist with the logistics and delivery of the programme.

In this role, you should combine a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure. You should also be a reliable problem-solver with strong project management skills.

An advantage would be if you are proficient in data management and analytics, and have a strong background in project management, as well as experience in the assessing of assignments.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and conduct administrative and reporting duties relating to Training Programmes.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordination of training through effective project management.
  • Manage the Training Calendar and Track Training Schedules.
  • Coordinate the printing, distribution and stock control of Training Manuals.
  • Coordinate the issuing and retrieval of assets.
  • Captured Learner registration details and learning outcomes/results on relevant systems.
  • Coordinate training logistics.
  • Capture Training and Mentoring Statistics.
  • Implement all SOPs and manage training files and training related documentation to ensure efficient training interventions.
  • Assist with Training Reports.
  • Development and maintenance of workflow systems.
  • Manage training resources.
  • Coordinate the recordkeeping of training initiatives.
Education
  • Relevant Degree/Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, Training, Education or other related field
Experience
  • 8 years total work experience
  • 2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a training environment
Requirements
  • Minimal/Moderate/Excessive overnight travel (up to 30%) by land or air if required
  • Good personal computer skills using Microsoft Office including electronic mail, record keeping, data handling and analysis, word processing, spread sheet, graphics
  • SA Citizen or valid work permit to work in South Africa
  • Advanced computer skills in Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, MS Teams
  • Valid driverxe2x80x99s license
  • Own car
  • Willing to work overtime
