Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

Degree or Diploma in healthcare, social science, research or related
3+ years experience in setting up M&E system, developing M&E database and data collection & reporting tools, and data quality assurance for NGOs or relevant organizations.
Sound knowledge of CBIMS.NET
Advanced MS Office skills, with fluency in English & a second indigenous language advantageous
Valid drivers license and willing to travel extensively
Candidate must be resident in Matatiele

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

Establish / maintain relations with coordinators
Update / maintain M&E plan, job aids, data management & SOPs and ensure compliance
Develop / standardize data collection tools
Provide M & E capacity building and train staff
Ensure that data analytics & slides are produced and implement referral protocols
Prepare data reports
Systematize data repository systems and ensure safe data storage
Conduct data validation processes
Monitor and track progress against targets and baselines & prepare quantitative data
Ensure timely reporting of core, customer indicators and cross cutting indicators monthly
Design / update performance dashboards
M&E site visits and onsite data verification
Compile, interrogate and analyze data progress & conduct monthly data quality assessments / audits

Salary: R10 000.00 R15 000.00 per month for the contract duration
