The Role: Sales Associate Manager
As Sales Associate Manager, you will lead sales strategy and execution, manage a high-performing sales team, and drive revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and maximize market impact. This role requires strong leadership experience and a proven track record in healthcare sales, ideally within digital health or health tech.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve or exceed annual revenue targets
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, including telesales and community representatives
Set individual and team goals, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching for success
Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform decisions
Collaborate with marketing to deliver lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
Negotiate and close complex deals to establish long-term, profitable business relationships
Manage sales budgets, forecasting, and reporting processes effectively
Continuously refine sales processes, tools, and methodologies for improved efficiency
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
About You
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (advanced degree advantageous)
6+ years of proven sales experience, including at least 3+ years in a leadership role
Relevant healthcare sector experience, ideally in digital health, health tech, or healthcare services
Proven success in building, coaching, and managing high-performing sales teams
Strong knowledge of sales strategy, market development, and partner engagement in healthcare
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
