Sales Account Manager (ICT) – JB5347
Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
Salary: R28 000 – R35 000 + Monthly KPI Bonus
Employment Type: Permanent
An international ICT hardware provider is recruiting a Sales Account Manager to service the KZN region. This field-based role is ideal for a driven, self-managed professional with strong ICT product knowledge and a proven track record in external sales or account management. You’ll focus on growing and managing reseller accounts across the region.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in external sales/account management
Solid knowledge of ICT hardware and solutions
Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Stable internet connection for remote work
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (daily reporting essential)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
Ability to work independently and meet KPIs
Key Responsibilities:
Sign up 5 new reseller clients monthly through cold calling and site visits
Manage and support existing clients with regular visits and business reviews
Deliver product training and assist with order processing and invoicing
Track rebates and monitor client activity for growth potential
Compile and submit daily Excel reports
Collaborate with internal teams to support client success
