Sales Associate
Are you a driven and results-oriented individual looking to grow your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Join JTI as a Sales Associate and play a key role in driving our commercial success at the regional level. In this role, you will take full ownership of your assigned territory, building strong customer relationships and ensuring effective execution of key sales activities. You will also be responsible for implementing strategic programs and initiatives with excellence - directly contributing to JTI's long-term growth and success.
Position:

• Achieve defined business objectives, standards, and monthly targets set by the Line Manager, in accordance with regional volume commitments

• Focus on key areas of execution: Visibility, Listing & Distribution, Availability, Pricing, Implementation, Partnership, and Feedback

• Build and maintain strong, effective customer relationships to successfully implement strategic company programs across the assigned territory

• Accurately record daily field activities using a PDA and ensure timely data uploads to support strategic planning and decision-making

• Control and manage boot stock and cash sales in line with company policies to prevent out-of-stock situations and maximize distribution opportunities

• Identify and communicate new growth opportunities within your area on a monthly basis to support business development and competitive advantage

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or a similar fast-paced industry

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset

• High level of accountability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a field-based role

• Comfortable with using digital tools (Excel, Microsoft Office)
