We are seeking a passionate and experienced Retail Manager to take the lead in managing daily operations across multiple coffee shop outlets. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, highly organized, and capable of driving both service excellence and revenue growth.

06:30 - 16:30
Salary:
R25 000 - R28 000 DOE
Description

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of all assigned outlets
• Lead and motivate the front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional customer service
• Handle client queries proactively and professionally
• Ensure consistent delivery of high standards across all locations
• Monitor budgets and control costs effectively
• Implement retail promotions and monitor performance
• Maintain high levels of hygiene, presentation, and compliance with industry standards

• A tertiary qualification in Hospitality and Catering Management (compulsory)
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a coffee shop or restaurant environment
• Proven experience managing high volumes, large teams, and complex food service operations
• Strong understanding of menu planning, costings, and retail display
• Familiarity with consumer trends and retail marketing strategies
• Competence in food safety and hygiene standards
• Own reliable transport (compulsory)
• Proficient in MS Office and point-of-sale systems

• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work within budget constraints and drive revenue
