? Salary: R480 000 - R540 000 CTC per annum (Negotiable)
Are you passionate about turning data into actionable retail strategies? A leading homewares brand is seeking a Retail Planner to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is driven by numbers, trends, and customer demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage merchandise plans across retail and e-commerce channels
- Forecast sales and stock levels to support product availability and turnover
- Analyse performance data to guide buying and replenishment decisions
- Collaborate with Buying, Marketing, and Operations teams to align strategies
- Monitor product lifecycle and manage markdowns and promotions
- Use planning systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, JDA) to optimise inventory and sales
- Bachelor's degree in Retail, Supply Chain, or Business
- 3+ years' experience in retail planning or merchandise planning
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Experience with ERP or planning systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Homewares or lifestyle retail experience is a plus
