Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of all assigned outlets
Lead and motivate the front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional customer service
Handle client queries proactively and professionally
Ensure consistent delivery of high standards across all locations
Monitor budgets and control costs effectively
Implement retail promotions and monitor performance
Maintain high levels of hygiene, presentation, and compliance with industry standards
A tertiary qualification in Hospitality and Catering Management (compulsory)
Minimum 5 years' experience in a coffee shop or restaurant environment
Proven experience managing high volumes, large teams, and complex food service operations
Strong understanding of menu planning, costings, and retail display
Familiarity with consumer trends and retail marketing strategies
Competence in food safety and hygiene standards
Own reliable transport (compulsory)
Proficient in MS Office and point-of-sale systems
