We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for the hotel's dinner service who shares their passion for people, service, and creating spaces where guests feel truly at home.

What You Will Bring

• Matric
• Relevant hospitality qualification
• Min 3 years of experience in restaurant management within busy 4 or 5 star hotels or luxury restaurants in the Cape Town area.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams under pressure
• Sound operational and financial awareness with strong attention to detail
• A calm, solutions driven approach and a genuine passion for service excellence

What You Will Do

• Assist in leading and coordinating the daily operations of dinner service, ensuring exceptional service and seamless execution throughout the evening.
• Be a visible and hands on leader, engaging with guests, resolving concerns, and ensuring every interaction reflects warmth and professionalism.
• Supervise service teams during busy periods, maintaining consistency, timing, and service quality.
• Work closely with the culinary team and supervisors to enhance and improve service flow, and uphold presentation standards.
• Assist in managing events, functions, and special promotions, ensuring all details are perfectly executed.
• Conduct floor checks and pre service briefings to ensure staff are guest ready.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are upheld in all outlets.
• Support training, development, and performance management to build a motivated and professional team.
