As Head Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency across all dining experiences.
Our client is known for its refined menus that showcase fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients, and you will be instrumental in maintaining and elevating these culinary standards.
Your responsibilities will include menu development, food preparation, cost and stock control, supplier coordination, and compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
You will lead, coach, and inspire the kitchen team, fostering a professional and cohesive environment. Strong collaboration with front-of-house and management teams is essential to ensure seamless service and memorable guest experiences.
