Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment is now looking for a Relief Lodge Manager for a luxury safari company with lodges based in Greater Kruger. We are looking for someone who has experience in the service industry especially in dealing with guests and staff. 5yrs previous camp manger experience in Grater Kruger is essential. Within this role you will be required to;
Managing stock levels
Managing Bar service and control
Management of guest delight activities
Management of staff
Overall hospitality and food
Overseeing general appearance and management of maintenance issues Staff xe2x80x93 Skills Development
Drive community development projects
Understand & manage budgets, GPxe2x80x99s & finances Requirements:
Communication skills - with guests and fellow staff members
Good organisational ability
Lateral thinking ability
Initiative
Professional and courteous
Must be able to cope under pressure to meet guests needs
Must be able to lead people and correct things when needed
