Exciting Opportunity: Front of House (FoH) Manager at a Luxury Property in Greater Kruger! Position: FoH Manager
Location: Greater Kruger
Salary: 80% - R14,400 per month
Contract: Fixed Term Contract with view of becoming permanent once lodge is fully opened in the coming months.   • Oversee and lead a team of 12, including housekeepers and butlers.
  • Set up and implement efficient FoH systems and processes.
  • Manage day-to-day front office duties, including daysheet information, billing, and guest interactions.
  • Utilize your expertise in wine, sommelier service, barista skills, and cocktail service to train and elevate the team.
  • Act as a hospitable hostess, ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for from arrival to departure.
Salary, Benefits, and Contract:
  • Initial Salary: 80% - R14,400 per month.
  • Fixed Term Contract to start, with the potential for permanent.
  • Potential meal allowance of approximately R3,000 per month (subject to review).
  • Medical aid coverage at 50%.
  • Pension contributions at 50%.
  • Live-in accommodation in furnished, brand new quarters.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Front of House management, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Strong background in wine knowledge, sommelier service, barista skills, and cocktail service.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional guest service.
