Job Description


Our client in the Food and Beverage industry is looking for a Front of House Manager to join their team in Melrose.

Purpose:
The FOH Manager is responsible for all aspects of the restaurant operations and management, including food, beverage, retail, equipment, financial and facilities. The FOH manager will manage and lead the team members in providing the highest possible level of customer service to deliver a WOW guest experience.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years must be as FOH manager
  • Strong leadership and operational skills
  • Great attitude and goal driven

  • Strong restaurant operations management skills
  • Systems driven
  • Assertive in dealing with staff
  • Must be well spoken in English and well groomed
  • Cheffing will be an added bonus
Breakfast & lunch restaurant

Performance related salary
  • Up to R10k + incentives per month
