Assistant Front Of House Manager

Job Description
A well-established restaurant, based in the Mossel Bay area, is looking for an Assistant Front Of House Manager to join their team.
The suitable candidate will report to the General Manager and will assist him in all his duties.
Requirements:
- Min 2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in FOH management is required.
- Must have excellent communication skills with attention to detail
- Must be energetic and have a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Must be able to lead a team
- Working out shifts and managing staff.
- Ordering stock, stock take, stock control as well as function planning.
- HR and POS knowledge is important.
- General computer knowledge is beneficial.
- Must work well under pressure.
- Must be well spoken and well written in English.
- Preferably stay in the area and have own transport.
R7500 - R8500 Basic Salary + Commission
