Senior Front of House Manager (MKT65)
Wonderboom, Pretoria
R18 000 – R25 000 per month
Luxury restaurant in Wonderboom is seeking a strong Senior Front of house Manager to manage the customers and staff.
Educational:
Grade 12
Relevant tertiary
Previous experience managing 300-350-seater at least
Dealing with various suppliers for purchasing stock
Excellent verbal communication and memorization skills
Great interpersonal and teamwork skills
Strong personality and take direction well
Previous experience with variety menus
Responsibilities:
Managing and directing staff
Receiving and confirming walk in and telephonic customers
Accepting and informing the relevant staff about food and beverage requests
Transporting food orders from the kitchen to tables
Clearing glassware, silverware and crockery
Customer service and satisfaction
Stock and inventory management
Ordering and purchasing of stock from various suppliers
