Basic requirements as below:
Btech or BSC Quantity surveying Degree
3-5 Years Work Experience
Located in Gauteng/willing to relocate to Gauteng
Preferably Afrikaans Speaking male
Basic Job requirements as below:
Accurately measure
Timeously and accurate submission of monthly invoices, including VO's and site instructions
Timeously and accurate submission of final account for approval
Contract files up to date and orderly
Agree contract prices for Labour only and sub-contractors before site start-up
Time sheets and wages.
Re-measure Labour only and sub contractor's progress and payments regularly and accurately
Re-measure job accurately and keep record of detailed re-measurements
Accurate certification of work completed and MOS
Client relations duties
Attend site meetings and provide input where necessary
Sub-Contract and general staff liaison and relationship duties
Value their workforce and treat them with fairness
Display and maintain leadership
Keep Labour only and Colleagues satisfied and well informed
Re-measure work accurately, agree payment and pay timeously
Assist with procurement to ensure they achieve budget duties
