Job Description
Desired Experience/Qualifications
- Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying
- 3 to 5 Years’ experience in Quantity Surveying on Civil Infrastructure Projects
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Exposure to CCS Candy beneficial
- Confident communicator
- Natural organiser who can multi-task whilst managing a complex portfolio of work
Duties & Responsibilities
- Estimating from plan and compiling of material list
- BOQ’s
- Coordinate the procurement and delivery of material
- Sourcing, negotiating and adjudicating quotes from sub-contractors
- Drafting of sub-contractor appointments
- Verification, preparation and agreement of interim payment certificates
- General contract administration duties
