Construction Junior Quantity Surveyor Durbanville, Cape Town
Our client, an established and reputable commercial construction company is offering this exciting QS role to join their team of professionals.
R15 000 R20 000 Per Month depending on qualification and years of relevant experience
One would describe you as a highly organised, self-motivated and numerically inclined individual who is passionate about the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and produce monthly claims
- Sub-contractor payments
- Measure and produce labour only sub-contractor payments
- Place suppliers orders
- Control project costs / waste
- Assist with cost reporting incl. cash flow
- Assist with tenders and quotes
- Sub-contractor appointments
- B-Tech Quantity Surveying / related
- 2 Year+ commercial construction QS experiencer required
- Valid driver licence and own transport
- Computer literacy: Win Qs / Microsoft package / Outlook
- CCS experience is advantageous!
