We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead and grow the dealership's used car division.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pre-owned vehicle sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage a high-performing sales team.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can maximize profitability, manage stock effectively, and deliver exceptional customer service
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the pre-owned vehicle sales department
Drive sales performance and ensure monthly targets are achieved
Manage and motivate the sales team
Handle pricing, stock management, and trade-in evaluations
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
Implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives
Maintain relationships with suppliers and financial institutions
Prepare performance reports for senior management
Ensure compliance with dealership standards and processes
Requirements:
National Senior Certificate
Minimum 5 years in used car sales
* At least 2 years as a Pre-Owned Sales Manager
