Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the pre-owned sales team to achieve monthly targets
  • Oversee the full used vehicle sales process, including sourcing, pricing, stock management, and merchandising
  • Implement strategies to grow sales volumes and profitability
  • Manage trade-ins, valuations, and stock turnaround
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and maintain high CSI standards
  • Drive marketing initiatives and digital advertising for the pre-owned department
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years' management experience within the pre-owned/used vehicles environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-service abilities
  • Sound knowledge of market trends, valuations, and used-car operations
  • Valid driver's license
