Remuneration: R30 000.00 Basic + Incentive structure + Medical Aid 50/50 contribution + Provident Fund + Company Vehicle + Fuel Allowance R3500.00
Purpose of The Job
Our Client, a Dealership for a well-known passenger vehicle brand requires an experienced Pre-Owned Sales Manager to join their Team.
Duties:
- Drive pre-owned vehicle sales performance and achieve monthly targets
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent results
- Manage vehicle sourcing, valuation, stock levels, and reconditioning
- Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve escalated concerns
- Monitor sales margins, finance penetration, and profitability
- Oversee vehicle presentation, advertising, and online listings
- Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and manufacturer standards
- Collaborate with marketing to design and implement sales campaigns
- Min 3-5 years' relevant experience within the motor industry at dealership level, in the same or similar role as Pre-Owned Sales Manager
- Team player, friendly and energetic
- Self-Motivated
- Target/Goal driven,
- Extremely good with client relationships (Excellent Customer Service)
- Strong Administration and Sales skills
- Motor Industry Experience ESSENTIAL!!
