The Pre-Owned Car Sales Manager will oversee the management and sales of pre-owned vehicles at our multifranchise site. This role involves sourcing and managing inventory from various channels, including defleets from our rental company, buy-ins brought forward by the manager, and buy-ins sourced from the group's buying division. The position is pivotal in driving sales performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing inventory turnover.
- Proven experience in automotive sales management, specifically with pre-owned vehicles, preferably in a multifranchise or large dealership environment.
- Experience in sourcing and managing vehicle inventory from various channels, including rental defleets and group buying divisions.
