Job Description

The Pastry Commis Chef will support the pastry section by preparing ingredients, maintaining workstation cleanliness, and assisting with plating and presentation. You will work closely with the Pastry Chef to produce high-quality desserts that reflect innovation and attention to detail.



Key Responsibilities:



Assist in preparing pastries, desserts, and baked goods.



Ensure consistent adherence to recipes and quality standards.



Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen.



Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.



Support the pastry team with mise-en-place and daily production.

Culinary qualification with a focus on pastry.



1-2 years' pastry experience in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.



Strong attention to detail and artistic presentation.



Excellent teamwork, time management, and hygiene practices.
