Description
The Demi Chef de Partie will assist with food preparation and ensure that all dishes meet the property's exceptional standards. You will support the Section Chef in managing mise-en-place, maintaining hygiene, and ensuring consistent quality during service.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily food preparation and plating.
  • Ensure quality, freshness, and consistency in all menu items.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
  • Work efficiently to meet service demands during peak periods.
  • Comply with all food safety and hygiene standards.
Salary: Market-related

Minimum Requirements
  • Culinary qualification or relevant training.
  • Minimum 2 years' kitchen experience in a fine dining or 5-star setting.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork.
  • Available to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
