Job Description


EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Minimum 1-2 years IT related experience, preferably within the Distribution industry
  • Experience working within an administration role Working experience in a customer service environment
SKILLS AND EDUCATION:
  • Matric with mathematics is essential.
  • A tertiary degree/diploma is essential, a Sales & Marketing or IT qualification will be advantageous.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the ICT market will be advantageous.
  • Excellent computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Interested and willing to attend training sessions, both during working hours and after
  • Be able to work in a pressured environment.
  • Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good administration skills
  • Attention to detail i.e., meticulous
  • High level of customer service
  • Intermediate understanding of Finance
