To capture waybills on SYSPRO from manual waybill, scan waybills to network storage, attach POD's to SYSPRO.
Follow up on stock with Procurement department, do general office work ex: Filing of POD's, invoices etc.
Follow up on CFR's pending.
To attend to customer related quotations and queries. To report back weekly on outstanding sales orders and outstanding CFR's.
To create quotations and follow up on field service reports. Will be requested to avail him/herself over weekends as per rotation roster as per customers requirements.
Grade 10 or equivalent.
Speak and write English.
Previous administrative experience such as quotations and invoicing is a must.
Syspro
Proficient Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Valid drivers license
Capture waybills as sales orders
Scan and printing of POD's.
Attend to filling.
Attend to quotations and relevant queries.
To report back on outstanding sales orders, warranties and field service reports but not limited to on a weekly basis.
