Marketing Co-ordinator

We are seeking a skilled and highly organised Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic and growing business. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in executing marketing strategies, coordinating campaigns, and supporting various marketing activities. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the business in implementing marketing initiatives and ensuring effective collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
You should possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for marketing.

What will you do?

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the group marketing team in developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies.
  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives and projects.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the creation and editing of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, sales materials, and website content.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital initiatives and projects.
  • social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person events and conferences, and other marketing events, including logistics, setup, and post-event evaluation.
  • Assist in managing relationships with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and digital media.
  • Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the marketing function, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient workflow.
What will make you successful in this role?

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing management or office management role, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems and project management platforms (advantageous)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and industry trends.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities and deadlines.
