Job Description

Our client is one of the largest independent below-the-line marketing agencies that has been assisting the world's leading brands break through crowded consumer markets with data-enabled, tailor-made shopper marketing solutions since 2005. They are seeking a marketing co-ordinator to join their dynamic team. You will be accountable for the management, execution and support of all operational client specific activities and marketing campaigns. Main duties: - Manage a team of promoters as well as the relationship between them and the respective client. - Recruit, hire, manage and develop activation instore events/promotions. - Co-ordinate the promoters stock & training. - Monitor and measure their performance - Compile feedback reports, client reports as well as statistics on Excel - Manage budgets Requirements: - Own transport is essential - Ability to work and thrive under pressure - must be highly resilient. - Ability to work with young students - manage them effectively when they do promotions - Be highly organised & system oriented. Able to work on MS Office, especially Excel - Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment - Ability to multi-task with pro-active problem solving skills - Matric + min of 2 years project/campaign management experience.
