Marketing Co-ordinator (Design Specialist) xe2x80x93 Pietermaritzburg
Our prominent client requires a skilled Marketing Co-ordinator to promote and showcase their diverse line of equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design/creative efforts, ensuring collateral aligns with global and emerging markets guidelines
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager, Sales, and Product teams to design and execute marketing campaigns
• Plan and coordinate the preparation and supply of marketing and sales support materials
• Execute end-to-end digital communication processes for newsflashes, websites, social media, and e-commerce
• Administer planned marketing activities, including coordination of printing and distribution
• Manage marketing stock, including design, ordering, stocktaking, and expense record-keeping
• Assist in overseeing outsourced projects to third-party suppliers, ensuring timely and budgeted execution
• Support visual displays at shows, exhibitions, conferences, and events as needed.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualification in marketing (diploma or degree)
• 4-7 years' experience in a marketing environment
• Agency experience is advantageous.

Skills and Capabilities:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and expert knowledge of Adobe Suite (PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Familiarity with social media (organic and paid advertising) and Google Analytics
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, customer and staff relationship management skills
• International communication skills and experience preferred
• Proficient in English (spoken and written), other languages advantageous
• Proactive, and responsive, with a commitment to meeting deadlines
• Attention to detail, task ownership from end-to-end
• Flexible work schedule
• Valid driverxe2x80x99s license and own transport.
