Job Description

Assist with loading of new business quotes for the Marketing and Underwriting Department. Assist with general administration in the Marketing Department. To perform a general utility role in that they would assist the Marketing Department primarily but also be available to assist the Underwriting Department. Assist Marketing Manager with loading of all new business Quotes for Marketing Manager as well as for other Broker Consultants where necessary. Quote preparation role will be shared with Marketing Manager based on the workload / capacity of Employee. Policy Training. This employee would need to be trained extensively on all the products offered by Monitor so as to promote competence and enable him or her to act independently in the future. A thorough understanding on how to Quote on our various Policies. (This will be taught and not expected to start). Excellent administration skills required. Potential growth opportunity.

Highly computer literate in MS Word. Highly computer literate in Excel. Interested in pursuing a long-term career in Insurance. Advantageous to have own vehicle. Have a good understanding of Insurance. Knowledge of basic cover offered under your policy wording (commercial and domestic). Be highly attentive to details. Be able to work efficiently and accurately to deadlines. Willing to put in extra time if required to complete tasks. Eloquent when communicating.
