ATG is looking for a Marketing Administrator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of our marketing activities.

Location: Hybrid


Responsibilities include




Timeliness and accuracy of administrative and reporting tasks Efficiency in coordinating and serving as the central point between marketing and internal teams, ensuring requests and deliverables are followed up timeously Quality and consistency of digital and content updates Effective handling of procurement, vendors, and marketing assets Smooth execution and support of events and campaigns Tracking expenses and processing invoices Liaise with marketing vendors, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring agreements are met and services are delivered on time


Your skills and experience include




Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field 0-2 years administrative or marketing support experience

Knowledge




Basic knowledge of marketing tools (CRM, data tools, email platforms) Basic understanding of office administration practices Knowledge of organising calendars, meetings, events, and marketing filing systems Awareness of project coordination principles (tracking deliverables, timelines, follow-ups). Understanding Google Workspace Platform (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and basic posting/scheduling Understanding of internal and external marketing communication processes Basic understanding of how marketing campaigns are planned, executed, and measured

Excellent organisational and administrative skills Good written and verbal communication skills Understanding of digital platforms and content upload processes Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and manage deadlines Professional, proactive, and service-oriented Strong coordination and problem-solving skills Willingness to learn and ask questions Not afraid to follow up with senior people professionally Comfortable receiving guidance and feedback
